Shipping Fees
We offer free shipping on orders over $30 to the continental U.S. Orders under $30 are charged a flat fee of $4.95.
We are currently unable to offer free shipping on orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Shipping rates to these locations are based on the total weight of the items in your order.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated for all orders at checkout. You can add products to the cart and enter shipping address at checkout, and our system will automatically calculate shipping costs for you. If you have questions about shipping costs, please feel free to contact us.
Estimated Shipping Time
All our orders are shipped from our US warehouses in CA or PA with partnered courier companies such as USPS, UPS & FedEx.
95% of our orders delivers within 1-4 business days to continental U.S.
Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico generally take 3-7 business days to arrive.
*Please note we do not offer expedited shipping (eg: Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or 3-Day Select) at this moment, so please plan your order accordingly.

Shipping Delays and Force Majeure
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, certain events beyond our control may cause delays, including but not limited to: extreme weather, natural disasters, carrier delays, strikes, and public holidays.
In such cases, delivery may take longer than the estimated 1–4 days, and we shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by such delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
Order Processing Time
Orders placed before 4pm PST (Mon.-Fri.) are usually shipped the same day. Otherwise, orders placed after the cut-off time will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday. If we are unable to ship in time for some reason (e.g. out of stock, wrong address, etc.), we will contact you as soon as possible.
