Our products have a 2-year warranty policy, which means you can apply for returns and refunds for products with quality problems within 2 years after receiving the goods, and the return shipping fee will be borne by us.

To be eligible for a return, your product must be purchased from Waylite official store waylitepower.com, and provide the purchase order number or any proof of purchase. And defective products only.

If your return application is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Goods sent back to us without applying for a return first will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Non-defective item that is more than 30 days from delivery cannot be returned, i.e. the item does not qualify for our 30-day money back policy. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Shipping Fee for Returns

We are only responsible for the return shipping fee for defective products. Freight for returning non-defective products should be at customer's expense. And the additional shipping costs for an upgraded shipping option or international shipping are not refundable. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label which you can use to send the package to us. The return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Return Authorization

All returns must be approved and assigned a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by our customer service team before sending any items back.

Returns sent without a valid RMA number cannot be matched to your order and will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Please contact us prior to returning any product to receive your RMA number and instructions.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
